Like previous years, our resolution is pretty straightforward: We want to support you by being a reliable resource for packaging supplies and advice, and we plan on doing it better than ever. To accomplish our goal, we’ll place more of our focus on you.
Social Media – In the last decade, social sharing has become an intrinsic part of many of our lives. It’s because of this connection that we, at ClearBags, have been working towards creating an online community. Every customer is an extension of our company family, and we want to know how everyone is doing. What prints or products are you packaging? Have you changed the theme for the season? Share a picture. Tag us. We welcome your input, pictures and silly comments. You could even be featured as our Customer Spotlight!
The Blog – Not only do we want to write articles that you’d be interested in, we would also like to invite you to participate in being a guest contributor. Topics can vary from business tips to tutorials. If you already have an article that includes our products, send it to us. We’ll share it in the office, but we might even share it with the rest of the community.
Surveys – To make sure that we’re heading in the right direction, we want more of your feedback. We look towards brief surveys to understand your view. Even if your honest opinion isn’t a glowing review, your critique is what makes us better. To make this convenient, we’ll keep the surveys short.
