Tell us a little about your company: We make hand-crafted confections and baked goods in small batches, made to order, and are located in the Hudson Valley, New York. I am a formally trained Pastry Chef and studied at Le Cordon Bleu. We create caramels, brittles, Alfajores and Pate Sable’ cookies, pate de fruit, and luxury hot cocoa.
What makes your product unique? We do not use artificial ingredients or preservatives. All of our products are made to order and shipped fresh. We use the finest ingredients that are sourced locally and through credited vendors. For our Bourbon Bacon Brittle we use local farm bacon and source our Bourbon from local distilleries. We make our own apple cider syrup sourcing the apple cider from our local farms. We offer unique flavor profiles including Absinthe Espresso Caramels garnished with organic fennel pollen and Cocoa Nib Brittle. The Alfajores cookies are filled with our homemade dulce de leche.
How do you package your products and what ClearBagsⓇ products do you use? All of our products are packaged by hand, the caramels are wrapped by hand. Products used:

Where do you sell your products? We have a website at https://www.dowesweetstudio.com. We also sell on Faire.com, for wholesale orders and offer wholesale to small shops locally and throughout the continental United States. We ship all over the continental United States.
How long have you been working with ClearBags and how does ClearBags help you succeed? I have been working with ClearBags for as long as I can remember. Probably over 15 years. I love the products for their versatility and their ability to be easily customized. The packaging offers a visual of our product offering. They are simple, yet elegant.
What one piece of packaging advice would you give to other business owners? Definitely consider using clear packaging and customizing it with a great branding strategy. This creates eye-catching packaging without taking away from the product. It also creates a visual for the customer.
