The day was May 28th, 2015. The day a beautiful relationship between ClearBags and Studio B Print Shop was started. You might think we are obsessed, and you’re right! We are. We’re obsessed with Tyler’s specific viewpoint she creates her wonderful paper products through and her dedication to showing them through her amazing photos. Tell us a little about your company:

Studio B Print Shop is a paper boutique out of Columbia, TN offering a collection of curated goods and fine gifts for your home and events. Whether you want invitations and monogram stationery, or gift wrap and tags, or paper party supplies and gifts, we’ve got you covered.

What makes your product unique?

Each product design incorporates unique type treatments with attention to detail and content, fresh color palettes and professionally handcrafted printing and assembly. All products are designed, printed and packaged with love and care in my home studio in Columbia, TN. With everything from ready-to-ship products, to completely custom designs, you’re sure to find something that will fit your needs and budget.

How do you package your products and what ClearBags™ products do you use?

Presentation is everything. I want customers to pick up Studio B Print Shop product and know that they are getting quality packaging with locally made paper goods. I know my customers will receive top-notch product with ClearBags packaging. With everything from bags for my single cards and clear or kraft boxes for the sets, to bags with backing board for my art prints, to all the other flap or gusset poly bags I use for party and gift wrap supplies, I have always been more than satisfied with the quality, timeliness of shipping and protection they give to each item.

Where do you sell your product?

I sell online on Etsy, have a permanent booth in Oak and Lace in Columbia, TN and have several stores around the country who I’ve sold wholesale to retail.

How long have you been working with ClearBags™ and how does ClearBags™ help you succeed?

I opened Studio B Print Shop in 2014 and did a lot of research to find the best packaging options for my products and began with ClearBags and haven’t used anyone else for these specific needs since! The quality of the packaging helps each product look more professional as a whole, and the low cost keeps my margins very reasonable. It’s a win-win! My customers have been very complimentary to the look and feel of each product, and I know the packaging is a huge contributing factor.

What one piece of packaging advice would you give to other business owners?

Again, presentation is everything! Think of it this way – what would you buy for yourself or as a gift for someone you know? You wouldn’t pick something up that was sloppy or cheap looking, and unprofessional, right? With all the mass-produced things out there, you want to stand out as a small business, and have customers see your items, want to pick them up, feel them, and then ultimately buy them. Packaging helps present and protect your products so that customers are more likely to do this.
